In June 2011 Mrs. Barbu again tried to force her Catch & Kill law through the Chamber of Deputies, proposing a secret vote. 
Fortunately a majority of deputies rejected the secret vote proposal at which point PDL beat a tactical retreat, sending to law back for consideration of the committee for a 3rd time.
