Between March 9 and 20, our shelter had the honor of hosting a very special guest: veterinarian Joachim Kremer from Germany. During this period, he helped change the lives of 46 animals.

Over the two weeks, Joachim sterilized 27 female dogs, 16 male dogs, and 3 cats, while also assisting with the care of many other shelter animals. We are deeply grateful for his time and effort dedicated to improving the lives of dogs in Bihor County.

We hope to continue our collaboration in the coming years and eagerly await his return. Although the work was undoubtedly tiring, and the results may seem like just a drop in the ocean of need, if every local veterinarian contributed even a “drop,” the stray dog problem in our country would be much easier to manage. When will our nation understand that this is the only real and effective solution?
