Do you remember the little dog rescued from a canal on September 19th? This is her! When she first arrived, she was terrified of everything – every sound, every movement made her hide. She was a wild, frightened soul who had only known survival and fear.

Since coming into our care, our colleagues have been working with her every single day, offering patience, warmth, food, and above all, safety. Step by step, she’s learning to trust again. She now understands that people can bring love instead of danger, and that gentle hands mean care, not fear.

For now, she’ll stay with us until she’s fully ready to find her forever home. Watching her today, it’s hard to believe that just weeks ago she was running scared among cars. Sometimes, one single chance is all it takes to change an entire life.
