Sadly, the number of residents at our shelter has increased once again – with four more victims of human irresponsibility. These puppies were found in the basement of a ruined building in the Felix resort area. Hidden away from the world, they have likely never known the care or affection of a human being.
We also tried to capture their mother, but unfortunately, we were not successful. In the coming days, we will return to try again to bring her safely to the shelter, and we hope we will succeed.
The puppies are about three months old and will grow to be large-sized dogs. They are two boys and two girls, still shy and fearful. Upon arrival, they received vaccinations, as well as internal and external deworming. Sadly, they were covered in fleas and had wounds on their bodies, proof of the harsh conditions they endured.
We are deeply grateful to the volunteers who were on-site and supported us in this mission.
